Prices at the farm Obergostnerhof for your summer and winter holidays in Klausen / Chiusa

General terms and conditions

Prices

• The indicated prices are applied to the apartments as well as to the double room for two persons per day. For each additional person a fee of 15.00 € per day will be charged.
• Children aged 3 to 8: € 8.00 per day.
• Children up to 3: free of charge.
• The indicated rates are applicable for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Short stays: for stays of less than 4 nights, 50€ surcharge.
• Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per day (from 14 years), not included in the price. The tax is to be paid directly at our farm.
• Final cleaning: € 35.00 (charged only for the apartments).

Booking terms and conditions
Reservations become effective upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival: withholding of the deposit.
• Cancellations from 3 months to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 40% of the agreed total amount.
• Cancellations from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the agreed total amount.
• Cancellations in the last week prior to arrival: 90% of the agreed total amount.
• In case of delayed arrival, early departure or failure to arrive (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the stay, in accordance with the current legislation on tourist accommodation facilities.

In order to avoid any cancellation charges, we strongly recommend you to take out a holiday cancellation insurance.

Payment methods
We accept cash, debit as well as credit card.

Arrival & departure

• Your accommodation will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive on Sunday, check-in will be possible from 6:00 pm onwards.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your accommodation by 9:00 am.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we count on your understanding.

Smoking
Please note that our holiday farm operates a non-smoking policy.

Good to know

KlausenCard (alps & wine)
Our guests receive the special KlausenCard alps & wine free of charge, which guarantees a wide range of services, including free travel on public transport as well as free admission to over 80 museums. For more details, click here.

Transfer service upon request
If you plan to arrive and leave by train or bus, we will be glad to organise you a transfer between the train station in Klausen/Chiusa and our farm.

Internet access
All our apartments have free Wi-Fi connection.

Food and wine - Useful information

• Our lawn equipped with barbecue area, loungers, tables, benches and much more is the ideal place for a cosy family barbecue.
• You can buy fresh milk daily from 7:00 pm at our neighbours’ farm "Untergostnerhof".
• Very close to our farm is located the tavern "Gasthaus Huber", an absolute must to discover South Tyrolean specialties (open until 8:30 pm).

Laundry service
During your stay, you will be provided with clean towels and kitchen cloths.
In case you need to use the washing machine and dryer, we will charge you with an extra fee of € 6.00 per wash. You can also make use of iron and ironing board.

Guests have the opportunity to book a guided tour of our farm, which also includes a tasting of our products.
