In the last years we have specialized in the production of dried fruits and apple juice.
All our products are without chemical additives and worked out by the hands of the entire family Gasser, who run their farmhouse. The natural products are made with the tasty fruits of the middle Val d’Isarco apple trees.

From apple to apple chips
Apple and pear chips are ideal daily energy dispensers.
Only the best apples and pears are used for the production of the chips.
The apples and pears are peeled and cut into thin slices.
The apple slices are dried slowly on a natural way detracting 87% of the fruit liquid.
This treatment ensures a high durability without chemical additives. |

From apple to natural apple juice
The natural apple juice is also made with a natural squeezing process and without chemical additives. It is pure or with addition of soda water and a healthy vitamin drink for every hour of the day. |
